Day 01: Pick up from the Int’L Airport, transfer to Hotel.
Today is the first day of your trip where you will land at the Tribhuvan International Airport. Our representative from Exciting Nepal will be there to pick you at the airport, holding your name. He/she will greet and immediately drive you to your hotel in a private vehicle.
After reaching the hotel you will take some rest and later in the evening, you will be served with a welcome dinner.
Day 02: Preparation day.
Before you start your trip, you will have some time to prepare yourself for the coming adventure. You will hold a meeting at the hotel and familiarize with your guide and other fellow colleagues.
The guide will provide you with detailed information regarding your trip and equipment you need to carry for Lobuche Peak Climbing.
Day 03: Fly to Lukla and trek to Phakding
Maximum Altitude: 2640 meters
Trekking Duration: 3-4 hours
You will leave Kathmandu and fly to Lukla today. It will take you around 40 minutes flight to reach Lukla from Kathmandu. Flying above some of the beautiful mountains, you will reach Tenzing Hilary Airport at Lukla that sits at the height of 2800 meters.
On reaching Lukla, you will meet your fellow trekkers and start your trek from a beautiful village of Lukla and head towards Phakding. You will walk through Chaurikharka Village and descend towards Dudh Koshi ghat. Throughout the trail, you will follow the bank of Dudh Koshi river until you reach Phakding.
After reaching Phakding, you will stay in a lodge overnight.
Day 04: Trek to Namche Bazaar (3446m) overnight in Lodge.
Maximum Altitude: 3446 meters
Trekking Duration: 5-6 hours
Today you will trek to the capital of Khumbu region, Namche Bazaar. The trail today involves walking through the riverbed of Dudh Koshi river and crossing several bridges. After walking for some time, you will cross Sherpa villages of Benkar and Monjo.
After crossing the Sherpa villages, you now walk towards the Sagarmatha National Park. Sagarmatha National Park is a conserved area and UNESCO world heritage site that requires a trekking permit. From the park, you will take an ascend that will bring you close to Namche Bazar.

Day 05: Acclimatization in Namche Bazaar (3446m) overnight in Lodge.
Acclimatization is very important in order to reduce the problem of altitude sickness. Namche Bazaar is a local market in the Khumbu region which is home to many teahouses, hotels, lodges, restaurants, and shops.
You will have two options on this day. You can either hike up to the Everest View Hotel to have the beautiful sunrise view over the Himalayas or explore the Namche Bazaar. You can find several big and small Sherpa museums around the region where you can give a visit. You can also explore the local market of Namche Bazar today.

Day 06: Trek to Tengboche
Maximum Altitude: 3800 meters
Trekking Duration: 5-6 hours
After having your breakfast early in the morning at Namche Bazaar, you will head towards Tengboche today. You will take the trail to reach Phunki surrounding yourself the views of Mount Everest and Ama Dablam. You will descend your way towards Imja Khola and reach Phunki Tenga.
A few hours walk from Phunki Tenga through the forest of alpine will bring you to the Tengboche Monastery. Tengboche monastery is the largest monastery of the Khumbu region. The monastery consists of different Buddha statues, inscriptions and is decorated with colorful prayer flags. You will have excellent views of the mountains such as Mount Everest, Mount Ama Dablam, Lobuche, Nuptse and Thamserku from there.

Day 07: Tengboche to Dingboche (4347m) overnight in Lodge.
Maximum Altitude: 4347 meters
Trekking Duration: 5-6 hours
After exploring the beautiful Tengboche Monastery, you will now head towards Dingboche today. You will walk through the lush jungles of conifers and rhododendrons with the views of breathtaking mountains. The trail then takes a downhill towards Debuche crossing a bridge over Imja Khola.
After crossing Imja Khola, the trail takes an uphill route towards Pangboche. You will also visit the Pangboche monastery from where you will have clearer views of the mountains. From there, you will walk towards the Imja Valley descend towards the Lobuche river and then climb up to reach Dingboche.

Day 08: Trek to Lobuche (4900m) overnight in Lodge.
Maximum Height: 4900 meters
Trekking Duration: 5-6 hours
The final destination for today is Lobuche. You will leave Dingboche early in the morning and head towards Lobuche. Today, the trek might be quite challenging as you will have to climb to a higher altitude. You will walk through a tough, steep and high hill before you reach Duglha. From Duglha, you will take a steep climb towards Chuki Lhara.
Throughout the trail, you will come across different memorial stupas dedicated to the ones who lost their lives in Everest through years. From here, you will follow the trail to Khumbu glacier moraine and reach to a small settlement of Lobuche. From Lobuche, you will have amazing views of Mount Lobuche, Mount Pumari and Nuptse.

Day 09: Trek to Kala Patthar via Gorakshep and return back to Gorakshep
Maximum Altitude: 5545 meters
Trekking Duration: 6-7 hours
Today you will follow the trail to the Everest Base Camp Via Gorakshep. Early in the morning you will have your breakfast and head towards Gorakshep. As you walk towards Gorakshep, you will have the view of Khumbu glacier. The trail to Gorakshep becomes rough as you will have to walk through rocky dunes and climb uphill and downhill.
On reaching Gorakshep, you will take some rest and leave at one of the lodges. From Gorakshep, you will hike up to the Kalapatthar to have 360-degree views of the great Himalayas. You will take some pictures and then return back to Gorakshep following the same route.

Day 10: Trek to Lobuche Base Camp
Maximum Altitude: 4900 meters
Trekking Duration: 5-6 hours
Early in the morning you will have your breakfast at Gorakshep and trek towards Lobuche Base Camp. The path to Lobuche Base Camp is mostly steep and rocky. On walking further, you will get to see the Lobuche glacier along with the views of Ama Dablam, Cholatse, Pokalde, Thamserku, Kantega and other beautiful Himalayas.
It will take you around 5 to 6 hours to reach the Lobuche base camp from Gorakshep. After reaching the Lobuche Base Camp, you will set up a tent, you will have your lunch and take some rest.

Day 11: Trek to Lobuche High Camp (5300m) overnight in Camp.
Maximum Altitude: 5300 meters
Trekking Duration: 3-4 hours
From the Base Camp, today you will walk on a rocky moraine to reach the High Camp. After 4 to 5 hours of walking over a steep and rocky ridge, you will reach Lobuche High Camp. On reaching there, you will set up your tent and have your lunch.
In the afternoon, your guide will provide you necessary training for the peak climbing expedition. He/ she will demonstrate on how to use the equipment required for Lobuche East Peak Climbing.

Day 12: Lobuche summit (6119m) overnight in high camp.
Maximum Height: 6119 meters
Trekking Duration: 8-10 hours
Today is the day that you have been waiting for so long. You will finally conquer the Lobuche Peak today. You will start early today. You will have your breakfast and begin your climbing expedition.
Up to the height of 5700 meters, you are likely to walk on a rocky surface. Above the height of 5700 meters, you will walk on ice surfaces using fixed ropes and other equipment instructed by your guide. On reaching the summit of Lobuche East, you will have panoramic views of different mountains.
From the summit, you can enjoy the majestic views of Mount Everest, Mount Ama Dablam, Thamserku, Lhotse, Nuptse, Cholatse, Pumori and many more. The overall natural beauty of the Everest region looks spectacular. You can take some pictures to celebrate your success. After this, you will descend back to the Lobuche high camp and stay overnight there.
Day 13: Trek to Pheriche (4200m) overnight in Lodge.
Altitude: 4200 meters
Trekking Duration: 5-6 hours
From High Camp, you will descend back to the Lobuche Base Camp. You will follow the Everest Base Camp route to head back to Pheriche. Walking through rugged landscape and narrow ridges, you will stop at Lobuche to have your lunch.
As you trek to Pheriche, you will enjoy the spectacular views of Mount Ama Dablam along with its neighboring peaks. Pheriche is a farming village which is most popular for potatoes and buckwheat fields. You may also come across herds of grazing yaks as you walk through this village. The village consists of several teahouses and lodges where you can stay overnight.
Day 14: Trek to Tengboche (3800m) overnight in Lodge.
Altitude: 3800 meters
Trekking Distance: 4-5 hours
From Pheriche, you will trek down to Pangboche today. You will walk alongside the Imja Khola and reach Imja Khola Valley. If interested, you can also visit the beautiful Pangboche monastery.
From Debuche you will ascend through the forest of rhododendron towards Tengboche. On walking further, you will have a view of Tengboche Monastery. You can visit the monastery again if you want. The panoramic Himalayan views from the monastery are spectacular and breathtaking.

Day 15: Trek to Namche Bazaar (3446m) overnight in Lodge.
Altitude: 3446 meters
Trekking Duration: 5-6 hours
From Namche, we will be trekking to Tengboche today. Namche Bazaar is a popular local market in the Khumbu region where you can find several hotels, lodges, restaurants, coffee shops and other small and big shops.
We will start to trek after having breakfast at Tengboche. From Tengboche, you will take a downward descend. The trail is beautiful with the views of Mount Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse, Ama Dablam, and Thamserku.
On walking further, you will reach a village of Phunki from where it involves an east trail towards Namche Bazaar. At the local market of Namche Bazaar, you can buy souvenirs for your friends and loved ones.

Day 16: Trek to Lukla (2800m) overnight in Lodge.
The trail descends steeply downwards today. So you need to be cautious when walking in the rocky terrain. The trail becomes moderate and natural after you cross a suspension bridge over the Dudh Koshi river.
Walking along the Sagarmatha National Park, you will head towards the beautiful village of Phakding. Descending your way towards Lukla, you will be surrounded by the majestic mountains such as Ama Dablam, Thamserku and, Mount Lhotse. On walking for some hours, you will finally reach Lukla.

Day 17: Lukla to Kathmandu by flight and transfer to Hotel.
Today is the last day of your Lobuche East Peak Climbing. In the morning you will have your breakfast in a hotel at Lukla and drive to Tenzing Hilary Airport. From there, you will catch a flight to Kathmandu.
Admiring the scenic beauty of the Everest region, after about 40 minutes flight, you will finally reach Kathmandu. You will find our representative waiting for you at Tribhuvan International Airport. He/ she will then drive you to your hotel at Kathmandu.
